Propped up in the studio with plenty of Red Bull as I managed to disappear momentarily from the Phoenix FM Live Sessions at the Brentwood Theatre to jam-pack another two hours of excellent caffeine-fuelled music.

The prize this week for the Bandname Which I Can't Seem To Type Because The Letters Aren't On My Keyboard went to Dýrðin - a rather excellent pop-punk outfit from Reykjavik. They're playing in London on 2 February and you can check out their Myspace at www.myspace.com/dyrdin.
