Body Talk -15th January

Improve your brainpower by eating the right food. Learn to avoid all of those processed foods that we take so much for granteed. Let's face it, most of us eat without even thinking about it. Take time to enjoy what you eat and think about whether it's doing you any good.

Five portions of fruit and veg a day might sound like hard work to some of us, but it's not that difficult really. A good helping of salad will give you part of that. Try snacking on fruit instead of reaching for the biscuit tin, and drink plenty of water to flush all the toxins out of your system.

You'll find that you feel healthier and happier as a result.

If you want to feel even more energised try taking up some form of exercise. Yoga is my specialist area, and i chatted a bit about the different types. It's very important to find a style that suits you. If you're looking for more energy and wanting to release past traumas, then Kundalini yoga could be for you. I've been prsctising for a few years now and it has made a big difference to me. It leaves you feeling totally refreshed ad energised. It works not just on the physical body, but on the more subtle energies of the body, or the chakra system.
