The Alex Fletcher Show 06/01/2008

First show of the New Year - very exciting!! I had about 20 people invade the studio today, chatting about Sundown which is an organisation that is working towards recognition that Essex can compete in the arts scene and has something quite unique to show for itself. The organisers are hoping to provide a forum for new writers and artists to reach an audience interested in what they have to say. Today they turned up at pubs and venues throughout Essex and turned up and recited poetry and played their tunes, which is exactly what they did for us today.
