Melanie Watson

Melanie has been helping to keep people fit and healthy for many years.
She began practising yoga in her teens, and started teaching 8 years ago.
She trained as a hypnotherapist fifteen years ago, and has practised Reiki
for four years.
This combination of alternative therapies has given Melanie a deep insight
into not only the physical side of illness but also the powerful effect of
the mind over the body.
She currently runs several yoga classes and works with a wide range of
individuals to encourage their own healing process.
