Hutton Horticultural Society 59th Autumn Show
St Peter’s Church Hall, Claughton Way, Hutton CM13 1JS.
Hutton Horticultural Society is staging its 59th Autumn Show with members of all ages entering exhibits with a view to impressing the Judges enough to win the awards on offer.
Viewing of the exhibits – and the Judges decisions – is open to the public from 2.30pm onwards – with prize giving taking place at around 4:15pm.  Do come along and have a look at what has been produced in local gardens and allotments this year by gardeners of varying levels of experience – and perhaps be inspired to have a go yourself in the future!
There is a small admission charge of 20p, with proceeds from the Show being donated to local charities.  There will also be refreshments available at a nominal charge.

* International Street Performance Day 18th September, from 11am-3.30pm in Brentwood High Street, Crown Street and St Thomas’ Rd – FREE- an array of weird and wacky international street artists; Teatro Pavana’s huge graceful Giraffes, Africa’s Black Eagles’ jaw dropping acrobatics, Mukka’s brilliantly entertaining world music band; Maharajah’s Banquet’s Punjabi Stilt Walkers and incredible performances from our very own Jiveswing.com.  The High Street will never be the same again!
