Tonight’s album of the week was GUPPY, the debut from the wonderful Brooklyn four-piece CHARLY BLISS. Wikipedia describes them as “power pop” and boy do we need more of that on the radio! The album actually came out on 21 April so I’m a bit behind with my stack-of-CDs-not-quite-listened-to-yet, but there’s some great tracks fizzing with energy on the album and it’s been duly transferred to my must-play stack.
