They’ll quite easily tuck into the most expensive steak and chips, as they want to make a statement that says they don;’t mind spending money. So when you go on your next date, look for the partners eating habits for a clue as to how much they like you.
It seems that superfoods on their own aren’t the answer. So a shot of wheatgrass every day isn’t going to fix your health issues if you still aren’t exercising and the rest of your diet is bad.
It’s about a healthy lifestyle. A typical western diet is not advised if you want to overcome the effects of an ailing body.

Raw chocolate or cacao can improve memory and reduce the incidence of heart disease.
Chia seeds are high in antioxidants, protein and fibre,and therefore are helpful with weight loss.
Coconut oil helps with heart health and in controlling blood pressure. You can use it on your hair skin and nails as well as eating it too.
Cruciferous vegetables may also be helpful in controlling the onset of some cancers.
All of this healthy eating needs to be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. So it’s no good eating loads of veggies and then having a large chunk of chocolate cake afterwards!
