This week I’ve named the show after the Johnny Marr song, ‘Upstarts’ which I played during the show.

This show followed my night at the Q Awards, which I talked to Justin Young from The Vaccines, waved at Tim Burgess, and I was in touching distance of Johnny Marr, Ronnie Wood and Lee Thompson of Madness. And I saw a great set by The Charlatans later on.

The beginning part of my playlist this week is based on what acts I saw win awards or present them at the Q Awards, the rest are just the great stuff I have on my playlist, obviously.
