It’s Halloween

A bonus show for me today as I was sitting in for the holidaying, MIKE JONES.

With Halloween almost upon us we took a look at two related stories. From the USA comes news of a HAUNTED HOUSE attraction (if that’s the right word) said to be so terrifying that you have to sign a disclaimer before you go in. Consisting of 17 interactive rooms, it takes around half an hour from start to finish. Called the 17th Door it apparently  tells the story of Paula, a student who has just moved to university to pursue her dream of becoming a doctor.

The 17th Door

A description on the website reads: “If you think you are prepared to enter Paula’s world, then know this: everything inside this realm, which assaults your senses, is real.

“The question is: can you make it? Can you walk in Paula’s shoes through the dissolution of her life to withstand what’s behind that final door?

“Or will you want to escape along with her…perhaps even before her? Can you survive this, or will you scream MERCY in order to be escorted out of this nightmare? Are you brave enough to make it through…The 17th Door?”

Sounds like a pleasant way to spend an afternoon!

Blood rave

Closer to home an Amsterdam nightclub is planning to hold a BLOOD RAVE tomorrow night, which reportedly involves spraying revellers with no less than 5000 litres of real blood. Organisers have described the event as “pushing the boundaries but we want to see how far we can go!”

Not an event to wear your best outfit to then!

See you next week,
Scott
