On today’s Angel Show, Victoria spoke to K-9 Angels trustee Rebecca Smith.

Rebecca spoke about an extremely urgent situation – 650 dogs are dying from starvation in the Odai public shelter in Romania.

These dogs will all die if we do not help ASAP.
