Spartans seek new coaches!

Following their successful 2015 campaigns at both U17 and U19 levels, the Essex Spartans Academy are looking to expand their coaching staff with enthusiastic and committed individuals ahead of their preparations for the 2016 seasons.

SpartansYouth[1]

They are looking to build on the existing coaching staff, welcoming applications for ALL POSITIONS, from co-ordinators through to positional group coaches.

Candidates will have the opportunity to join a developing Academy setup and provide coaching to young men and women across Essex from their home ground, which is currently Hannakins Farm in Billericay.

Candidates will:

Be minimum Level 1 certified coaches, or be willing to work towards obtaining this certification
Be prepared to go through the DBS (formerly CRB) checking system
Able to commit to training sessions – primarily Sundays, with some potential midweek sessions
Ideally have some experience of coaching or working with young men and women aged 18 and under
Be forward-thinking and self-motivated
Be a “team player”
