The last Bank Holiday of the year before Christmas and it’s raining again! Wouldn’t you just know it?

Well at least we tried to cheer you up with news of some families who clearly know how to enjoy themselves. First off we heard about the woman known as NAGSBO who’s husband has previously had to be taken to a safe house for his own protection and who injured him so badly that he had to spend  last Christmas in hospital and now she’s at it again hurling crockery and other kitchen utensils at him. Next came news of the woman who attacked her husband with an alarm clock, mobile phone and a pile of CD’s after he asked for a “good night kiss”. Bringing up the rear we heard about the man who set about his mother with a bowl of potato salad. Happy days!

Clearly in a better mood, we heard about the people who ordered a bottle of champagne on an EasyJet flight to Turkey, which resulted in the plane having to be diverted after the stewardess popped the cork over enthusiastically, resulting in damage to the cabin and releasing the oxygen masks. Well I never!
