I met Trevor Oliver recently to talk about his winning sausages. The popular butcher has been in Hutton, Brentwood for over 43 years, and has won many awards for his delicious sausages. There is even a ‘Sausage Menu’ which has over 60 varieties, plus some award winning burgers too!

I really enjoyed my visit – it’s so lovely to see an independent shop still thriving in our community. Trevor is well liked by all his customers who come from far and wide to buy his produce. Long may it continue!
