Latitude festival 2015: Music Angel Social Power

We were lucky enough to chat to Baard Johannessen and the team from Music Angel Social Power at the Latitude Festival.

Baard from Music Angel

As a Festival Republic Partner, Music Angel had two locations – both in the village and the family camp, with the aim of providing a fully charged batter pack to plug in to your own mobile phone to keep it charged – and £20 included a recharge card entitling anyone to 2 battery exchanges in any one of their tents. So the £20 would entitle you to a total of 3 charges, with the battery being yours to keep.

The idea behind Music Angel Social Power is that for every battery sold, Music Angel will give one to a Rwandan child, giving at at least 5 years reading light and providing a child with the necessary resource to continue to provide light for the children of Rwanda.

Music Angel Social Power are attending a number of festivals in Europe throughout the summer. To find out more, visit their website at musicangelsocialpower.com.
