Last weekend at the Latitude Festival we spoke to Michelle from Chill Welfare, the organisation running the welfare tent situated in the Village area of the festival.

Michelle spoke about the work of the team, with all of the volunteers being qualified drug and alcohol workers.

The festival is a busy time for Michelle and the team, being open 24 hours each day to provide caring and confidential help for all kinds of practical and personal problems offering general assistance and advice, counselling, a messages service and help for distressed / missing people.
