Norell & the Dub Factory on Sunday Lunch

With the summer finally making an appearance this weekend, we look set for another red hot Sunday Lunch Show.

My guest in the studio this week was Norell from the band

`Norell and the Dub Factory`.

Originally from Italy Norell has been based in UK for the last 3 years, she  set up home  in London to take advantage of the city`s famous and vibrant  music scene.

Norell who has been very  busy gigging popped into the show to chat about her brand new EP titled `Evidence`and play a selection of tracks from the EP.

They describe their music as an unusual mix of Dub/Reggae tracks with Rock-Pop vocals, and their new EP certainly delivers all of these styles.

Norell & The Dub Factory set up in September 2014 in order to create an original Anglophone project, Niko was able to introduce Norell to Reggae music and she fell in love straight away, and here the story begins.
Niko’s rhythms and nuances are soft and ‘dub’, making every song unique but also commercially viable and easy to listen to. The name of the band gives an insight into Niko’s method of songwriting – relentless, passionate and technically precise.
Both their first single and their EP are available now on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, ReverbNation.com and several other online outlets.
