Jenny Addis live at Harrys Bar, Billericay

Straight after my 80’s show on Thursday 18th June, I rushed across to Billericay to catch up with the talented vocalist JENNY ADDIS.

Jenny first trained at Gable Hall School with singing teacher Rodger Davidson and then moved on to study a BTEC in Performing Arts at Palmers College. For 6 years Jenny worked for Haven Holidays as a resident entertainer and featured on the “Sunshine Forever” single.

Jenny is now a solo artist performing all over Essex, Surrey, Kent and London. She also is in an Abba tribute called Abba Love, and a Motown tribute called the MoSound Sisters in which she performs all over the UK.

Jenny is a wonderful performer who really engages with the audience. She has an incredible range, which enables her to sing a wide range of songs from Motown, to Pop, Ballads, Musical Theatre, Rock – she can do it all! If you see that she is performing near you, I recommend a visit for a great night’s entertainment.

I took a little video of her at Harry’s Bar in Billericay singing a cover that Phil Collins did in 1982 of the Motown song “You Can’t Hurry Love”.
