Brentwood Borough Council’s Chair of the Asset and Enterprise Committee who also Chairs the William Hunter Way Working Group meetings, Councillor Russell Quirk, said: “This has to be the most successful consultation the Council has ever done and I would like to thank everyone who has taken part to make sure their voice is heard.

“I’m proud that our residents and businesses have been involved since the start of this process and that ethos will continue.
