It was the last weekend of the Commonwealth Games and we looked back at the event knowing England would finish top of the medal table, already looking ahead to the next games in Australia’s Gold Coast in 4 year’s time.

As usual we had an update on Lochlan Bearman’s progress, the Phoenix FM sponsored racer having the race of his short career last weekend.

We also looked ahead to the following weekend and the start of the Ryman League and Football League season. There will be plenty of previews in next weekend’s show prior to the 3.00 kick-offs.
