Now it’s official. Too much exercise is bad for you!!!

A new survey on a three different groups of people, one who jogged regularly every day and another who did no exercise at all came up with surprisingly similar results. The third group exercised little and often.The regular joggers and the couch potatoes both came up with a lower life expectancy than than the group who exercised little and often. So you really can have too much of a good thing. The researchers didn’t come up with any particular reason why excessive exercising was bad for you, but the conclusion they came to was that it subjected the body to undue stress over a long period of time, and the body simply wears out.

So when you’ve got a moderate exercise regime worked out, then time to think about diet. new research has found that maybe five a day isn’t enough, and we need to increase to seven a day, which is more in line with the advice given in other European countries.  There are still many of us out there that aren’t really getting enough fresh fruit and veg. Price is a big reason for this. Buying fresh is much more expensive than buying packaged foods. The greater expense though is your health. So give some consideration as to how you can up your fruit and veg intake and lower the processed products.
