The Ghost Hunters are back from The Other Side

A specially large portion of Packed Lunch was served up today, lasting a full three hours.

Fort HorstedAnd to celebrate I was again joined by the Ghost Hunters fresh from their trip to “the other side” – Kent that is where they visited Fort Horsted.

Listen to all the ghostly goings on they encountered this time: – Ghost Hunters 3rd August

The Ghost Hunters are heading back to Cash’s Well tonight, 16th August and 20th September and next week on the 10th August they’re heading back to Harwich Fort and will be returning there again on 18th October. Some places are still available, if you’d like to join them.

Keeping to the past, Frances Clamp rejoined me for another trip down memory lane, or more accurately – Brentwood High Street – where she looked at the history of the old PRIORY HOUSE. My own research had not found the Priory House that was the subject of Frances’ topic, but an older house dating from the 16th century, so for once I’d found something about which Frances was unaware.

Listen to what Frances told me here: – Bygones 30th July

Right see you next week for the final time at two hours as after that we are going to be “supersized” to three hours permanently.

All the best,

Scott
