To find out more, Essex Redbacks are having tryouts for the club’s adult team son Sunday the 24th of this month.

The tryouts are taking place in the indoor sports hall at Chelmsford Sports and Athletics Centre and are open to anyone over the age of 16 with no experience necessary.
