Holy Guacamole Batman! It’s December (nearly)

This month has flown by quicker than Felix Baumgartner out of a space pod!

So, lots of guests to recap on starting with Peter Stremes from Saint Francis Hospice who was back in on the show to talk about winning a car for a pound!!! Yep, that’s right a pound!!! A whole car, a real one. For a pound! Don’t believe me?? Then listen to this:

Not long after Peter was in the studio but Peter was in the studio! Confused?? Let me explain. This Peter is suffixed by the name Davey and he is a member of the Ingatestone Parish Council. For the past 6 years they have hosted a slightly “alternative” Christmas on the High Street and this year is no different. Why not take a break from the 21st Century hustle and bustle of Christmas and join in the festivities of a Christmas Past – Victorian Style. The photos from last year look fantastic and with a whole year of preparation gone into this year’s it’s sure to be just as spectacular if not more so. Here is Peter chatting with me a week or so ago:

And finally, this very crisp morn I was joined by not just 1, not just 2 but 6 members of the Brentwood & Vivid Musical Theatres Christmas performance of Beatrix Potter’s Peter Rabbit. We technically had 3 rabbits, a toad, a spider, an ex-tree now mouse, scottish man and of course Beatrix herself in to talk about their stint at the Brentwood Theatre from December 8th (which by the way is my Birthday – make a note please.)

They taught me about being an actor and corrected me on some of my literary incompetence and I equipped them today’s Showbiz news and we also played That’s That Song That Goes. To hear all the laughs and meet some of the characters you can listen again:
