Hollywood’s Highest
It has recently been announced who the top ten highest paid actresses are in Hollywood and how much roughly they earn, keep reading to find out one was number one!
10- Friends, turned movie star, Jennifer Aniston enters the list in 10th place with a reported earning of $11 million.
9- Kristen Wiig is in ninth place with a reported $12 million.
8- Meryl Streep, who won an Oscar for her portrayal of Margret Thatcher in The Iron Lady is 8th with a reported $12 million.
7- Sarah Jessica Parker is in at seventh place with an estimated $15 million.
6- Julia Roberts came in at sixth place with an estimated $16 million.
5- Prometheus actress Charlize Theron came in at fifth with an estimated $18 million.
4- Brad Pitt’s other half Angelina Jolie dropped from first place to fourth with a reported earning of $20 million.
3- Sandra Bullock came in third with a reported $25 million.
2- Cameron Diaz came in second place, earning an estimated $34 million.
And Number One, who earned $34.5million between May 2011 and May 2012 was…Kristen Stewart!
Which isn’t surprizing when she is the main character in such a popular collection of films as Twilight. Well Done Kristen!
Has Jess got it Wright?
Last week Ex TOWIE star Mark Wright had recently launched the start of his new programme, Mark Wright’s Hollywood Nights, and it seems like success off the back of TOWIE runs in the family as his sister Jessica has revealed a music video for her single ‘Dance All Night’.
She is currently in Marbella along with the rest of the TOWIE cast as they are filming The Only Way is Marbs, so she also decided to film the music video there using scenes such as the beach, night clubs and poolside.
Jess has said that the song was written a year ago and is all about when you first meet someone and you get those butterflies and then you go for it on the dancefloor.”
She also thinks is weird that when she was writing it she could imagine [her]self on Ocean Beach Club in Marbella dancing to it so to actually do that for [her] first video was just fantastic.
Jess has always wanted to be a pop singer since she was 6 years old and we saw in the first series of TOWIE the breakup of Lola, which is the girl band she was in, due to them not making it into the charts.
Carly Collaboration
Carly Rae Jepsen is of course known for her first and latest single ‘Call Me Maybe’ but she has now teamed up with Owl City to create a song which features on Owl City’s forthcoming album called The Midsummer Station, which will be released on the 14th August. However the collaboration with Carly Rae Jepson, entitled ‘Good Time’ has been unveiled on the internet this week.
It is all about the power of parties and letting loose and has a summertime feel to it.
Carly first hit TV screens back in 2007 as she came 3rd in Canadian idol and Owl City of course topped the UK charts in 2009 with his first hit ‘Fireflies’.
Greatest Hits
Michael Jackson, Whitney Huston, Take That and Westlife are amongst many bands and artists who have had a greatest hits collection and one lady who is going to join the ever growing list is J-Lo, now more commonly known as Jennifer Lopez.
She is aiming to release the collection on 24th July in the US under the title ‘Dance Again: The Hits’ which also coincides with her first ever world tour, which started last week.
A final track list and artwork for the album has not yet been announced but this information is expected to be reviled in the near future.
However Jennifer Lopez’s latest single called ‘Goin’ In’ is unsure if it will be on the greatest hit collection however it is available to download in the US and will be released in the UK on July 23rd.
