Curveballs 30th May 2012 (with Loving Forty-Four, and Andy Bramley)

First up tonight I was joined in the studio by Andy Bramley, drummer with Hollow Demise and DJ at the local club night, Distorted. Andy was in to tell us about a series of events being held in aid of the Pippa Morris Fund. Pippa is a young mother who was recently refused an operation on the NHS for a recent injury which has left her crippled. A series of events, including a fun day at Ambleside social Centre on June 9th, are being held to help raise £7,000 needed for Pippa’s  operation. You can find out more on Facebook here and also click here to donate.

I was also joined in the studio for a second time by locals Loving Forty-Four, just ahead of their gig at The Box in Chelmsford on June 8th. Formed late last year, the trio have recorded their first demo (which has received much prior rotation on Curveballs!) and made their debut on the local live scene. Look out for them very soon – and have a watch of the tracks they performed live for us below!
