Bas II: Shiny Darkness

Phoenix FM’s BAS II coverage:
Front page | Ba5ic | Protege Reign | Shiny Darkness | Sinestar | Spacebuoy | Speak and Spell

Click here to listen again to the interview:

Shiny Darkness are a four-piece from Reims in France – the original line up of vocalist Sebastien Deruwez and keyboardists Olivier Rennesson and Olivier Jacques now augmented by vocalist Katerina Pantazis.

Having played the first BAS last year, they were back for another stint and it couldn’t be more appropriate – the band managed to take the time to visit the “Hollywood” sign for a photo/video shoot to accompany the “Sounds of Basildon”, the results of which will be up on their website soon.

Shiny Darkness will be in the UK on 23 June to play at the Bridge House with Electro Kill Machine but you can hear them here on Phoenix FM before then, as they will be coming down to Rob Harvey’s show to play a session sometime between 7am and 10am!

You can find the band on Facebook or Twitter or visit their official website.
