On Wednesday I was joined by Sharon and Carla who have started a networking support group for mumpreneurs and women in business/self-employed. They are running monthly networking meetings at family friendly locations such as Rockys Fun House here in Brentwood! Not only are they providing an opportunity for women to meet fellow business owners and mums, but a different talk is going to be held at each event on a topic relevant for business owners. Thursday 19th – Friday 20th January
On thursday I was joined by Keith Brown from FSB to catch up on all the Billericay and Brentwood business gossip. Some of which was bad news if you live in my world of leading a simple life but other pieces were good news for me! Tune in to phoenixfm weekly at 5pm to hear Brentwood and Billericay business news. I also shared health advice on some stress and anxiety coping mechanisms and how to spend time experiencing mindfulness (being in the here and now) whilst not in relaxing surroundings or in the classic “meditation” position. 
On Friday Alan Witchalls joined me in the studio. He shared his testimony of being a Christian, so pretty much a substancial amount of his life history, so I thank him for sharing something so personal publically to Brentwood and Billericay residents.
