Late Night Extra 14th of October

Only 4.5 degrees when I left the studio tonight at ten past midnight. But I hope the show kept everyone entertained. Particular thanks to Chris and Bob and all the family in Harlow who e-mailed in about listening and requested tracks. They added Monsoon 5 and Ronan Keating to the Friday night mix. We had a number of stories related to food which were very strange, including an international porridge contest where some recipes included sausages and curry! Thanks also to all those listening on FM.
Next week I am joined by Peter Thomas from Harvest for the Hungry. This Essex based charity has again worked with over 100 schools and many churches to collect aid to be taken to Roma people and other in eastern Europe. Peter will be sharing with us the results of the 2011 appeal.
