With another Friday upon us allready and the Scottish football league kicking off on Saturday it was time to talk football. With Rangers kicking things off with an early 12.45 KO and the rest on Saturday afternoon and one game on Sunday. Such a short time since the end of league and start of a new season we are now looking forward to all the English games starting in a couple of weeks time. Southend entertained Ipswich on Friday night with a 1-1 draw in this local friendly. Plenty of football coming up the next few weeks both friendly and competitive games we will be following as many as possible.
F1 had there day again on Sunday witha quick preview of the German GP and a review of the British GP at Silverstone. Great racing from Alonso with Red Bull showing they are beatable.
Odd sport of the week came in the shape of Bog snoggling from Wales. Yes a sport for some and silly by others. Further invvestigations into weard and wonderfull strange sports coming up over the coming weeks.
