Are you a vet? Vet!, I’m soaking……

Hello All, You would think that we would be banging on about the lovely Sunny June weather again, but we are spoilt for choices…That’s if your a gardener; Sun / Rain /Sun / Rain….. Lucky soil ah?

Another mix bag of music today and a Twofers, for Boy George who was 50 during the week. We played a Culture Club track – ‘Church of the poisoned Mind’ and a soulful cover of an old 70’s fave of mine, ‘My sweet Lord’; originally by George Harrison.

My Comedy show picks for this week……

Omid Djalili, at the Soho Theatre

20th – 25th June 2011

Come and see Omid Djalili showcasing some brand-new material as he prepares for his upcoming UK tour, guaranteeing you a fun-filled hour of experimentation.

Stewart Lee, at the Soho Theatre

20th – 22nd June 2011

Comedian Stewart Lee will be performing a “work in progress” show at the Soho Theatre in preparation for a 2011 TV series. See it early so you can begin the backlash ahead of transmission…

Reginald D Hunter, at the Hammersmith Apollo

24th – 25th June 2011

American comic Reginald D Hunter is one of the most engaging, honest and provocative stand-ups in the UK today, and is one a select group of comedians to have been nominated for the Perrier Award three years in a row. You might have seen him as a panellist on “QI”, “Have I Got News For You”, and “8 Out Of 10 Cats”.
