So you think you can dance is on at 7.10 as the 20 hopefuls take to the stage for the first time in group numbers and solo performances,; then 10 minutes later there is a new series – Sing if you can – where two teams of celebrities perform well-known songs whilst undertaking a variety of challenges designed to distract them and the winning team hoping to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust in the final test.   And best of all Keith Lemon and Stacey Solomon will present the show – OMG!!! Straight after the first round of Britains got Talent hits our screens.

If you are an early riser on Sunday the Chinese Grand Prix coverage gets underway at 7am on BBC 1 with the London Marathon starting at 8.30 on BBC 2 and moving over to BBC 1 after the grand prix has finished

If all that sport has tired you out, then put your feet up as Spider man is on Cahnnel5 at 7.40pm
