On this evening’s Drive, Alan Jefcoate from the Essex Federation of Small Businesses once again provided commentary on the latest business developments in and around Brentwood and Billericay.
Topics of discussion this week included the controversial five-star rating being given to eating establishments, and accusations that the scores were not a true reflection on the standards of certain restaurants and pub kitchens. Questions were raised too about the cost of a 12-month taxi license in Brentwood being far beyond the price in neighbouring boroughs.
