Four years ago Phoenix 98 FM took to the airwaves and hasn’t looked back; apart from to remind us of some great moments…….so the Saturday Breakfast show had the joy of being the first out of the trap for our day of music and merriment……
So we doft our birthday cap to this great milestone and as per squeezed out some of the best music; synonymous with the variety of Phoenix FM – An would you believe it our clocks spring forward on Sunday……….Lighter evenings, what more can you want.
As always I touched on things to do locally and we had a little wafflet about the cringe that is The Only way is Essex…..well, it would have been rude not too. Or maybe it was rude to do so, can’t decide. If that wasn’t enough I mentioned that, Lakeside Shopping Centre on Monday (March 28), will be a meet and greet for fans and the cast will be signing copies of The Only Way Is Essex series one on DVD.
You may not of caught the One night special on ITV last week for Duran Duran, so that gave us an excuse to play two from one……..So Twofers featured the Brum 80′s heart-throbs…we had “Planet Earth and The Reflex.”

My Comedy Pick gives you a double chance to see Bolton’s favourably comic son…along with our very own Landlord:
